I was having a problem with my AC, and had taken my car to a different shop offering AC inspections for free and gotten a diagnosis I didnt trust, so I went to Brodys for a second opinion and paid for a full inspection. Turns out, the last place lied to me, big time. Brodys was not only honest, but they fixed the issue and took the time to stay late to make sure I had my vehicle before I had to leave for work. There were a couple issues once I picked up my car, my steering wheel was misaligned and the gas tank door lever was loose so I couldn't fill my gas, but Brodys was such a good sport about it (and I take the blame for that because I needed my car by a certain time and in a way made it so they had to rush), but they had me take my car in, let me borrow their loaner for free, fixed all the issues with my dash for free, aligned my tires for free, and had it all fixed by the next morning. I was referred over to them by my boyfriends family who have been going to them for years, and they exceeded my expectations. I would highly reccomend. On top of all this, its worth mentioning, the shop that did the first inspection quoted me almost 3k in what would have been unnecessary repairs

dropped off my car for A/C inspection - They called me after inspecting it and told me that everything looked good, no leaks, everything operating, it just needed a recharge. Called me after doing the work and double checking that the recharge fixed it. Great communication, great service

Brody's will not disappoint! They are our go-to shop. Recently had a situation where we had to take our van across the country on short notice -- they squeezed us in to check everything over and did an amazing job. We had brakes close to going out and they took great care of us. Would highly recommend!!!

My friend recommended this shop, and I felt like they lived up to their good reputation! I am always stressed out getting an oil change because I worry I’m going to get swindled into paying for something I don’t really need, but I got absolutely none of that pressure from them. They were super friendly and professional, and I will definitely be going to them from now on!

I have a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I wanted to add a lift , new tires and new wheels. My parents and I have been taking our Jeeps to Brody’s for a few years now, so it was an easy choice to have them do everything for me. I contacted them told them what I was wanting done and they quoted me within 30 minutes and I took my car in two days later. I was able to drop it off during the week because they gave me the option to take a loaner car they have if needed. There were a few bumps along the road due to me thinking I could fit a bigger tire then I could, but Brody’s Team was on top of it. They would always give me a call to update me on progress or to find a solutions to any problems they ran into. They’re always very professional and considerate. Definitely will continue to take my Jeep to them for any services in the future!
